What is your relationship with coffee and what made you open your own coffee shop?
I fell in love with specialty coffee 13 years ago in Sydney and opening my own coffee shop was a long-time dream of mine.
What do you enjoy most about working in the catering industry?
I love playing with concepts. Combining design and coffee in an unusual place. For example, in an old car garage.
Favourite coffee and perfect time for coffee?
My favourite coffee at the moment is filter or flat white coffee and as soon as the summer heat starts I love cold brew.
Which public person would you have a coffee with?
Various. With good friends and also with strangers, there is always time and desire to share a coffee with anyone. In addition, many coffee shops can help you make new friends.
How would you define your style?
Simple, minimalist, natural and sustainable. I always try to keep my basics timeless and I am definitely a lover and consumer of second hand clothes.
